Maritime Commences work with Procter & Gamble

Procter & Gamble (P&G) appoints Maritime Transport (Maritime) in a new contract win. Maritime has been successful in gaining a new contract for its distribution arm with global consumer brand leader and UK household name, P&G.

The contract involves the transport of goods from three of P&Gs distribution centres to retailers throughout the UK and the business is managed from Maritimes distribution depot at Northampton.

Best known for containers, Maritime continues to grow its distribution arm and in four years, from a standing start, the activity has grown into a £50 million+ business with blue chip manufacturers, such as P&G, as customers.
