Experienced Transport Manager - Reading

You will be a hands-on, flexible, with a thorough knowledge of driving hours and regulations with smart IT skills and be an excellent communicator. Ideally, you be a CPC holder, you will be responsible for overseeing a number of important areas of driver administration and compliance including:  infringement control, driver recruitment and induction, processing drivers' wages and managing PPE and driver uniforms.

If you can demonstrate an exceptional track record in day-to-day distribution operations management or an equivalent and in exceeding performance targets.  If you are commercially astute, capable and extremely well organised and your people management skills are based on developing your team of transport planners to achieve success, we would like to hear from you.
