You will be self-motivated, used to working with minimal supervision, with attention to detail and be confident and accurate with numbers. A competent knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential. The successful candidate will be dependable, both a team player and be able to work independently.

The main duties of the role will include;

- General Financial & Administration duties

- Raising adhoc invoices & credit notes

- Liaising with depots for copy POD’s

- Dealing with inbound and outbound post

- Monitoring & printing inbound e-mail boxes

- Excel reconciliations of incoming invoices

- Data Input

- To provide support & holiday cover to colleagues
