properties, comprising of offices, transport and open storage depots, rail terminals and warehouses.
To help manage our expanding property portfolio, we have an opening for an experienced Administrator. You will be part of
our small property team, based at the Company’s head office in Felixstowe.
Reporting to the Property/Facilities Supervisor, your role will be wide ranging and amongst other tasks, you will be responsible for:
Collating scheduled and unscheduled works throughout the country
Building and maintaining an electronic, periodic works diary
Ensuring contractor insurance and H&S compliance requirements are met
Monitoring expenditure on major projects and ensuring trade discounts are received
Processing all property-related orders and reconciling invoices
Sourcing suppliers or materials to specific briefs
Maintaining supplier database
You will be a keen, versatile, structured and hard-working individual able to work on your own and under pressure. You will
be an excellent administrator with an eye for detail. Numerate, IT literate (especially in Excel) and a confident communicator,
you will be keen to develop your role and responsibilities. Experience in property/facilities management is an advantage,
but not essential.
