At Maritime, the role of General Manager reports directly to our Chief Executive Officer. Due to remarkable growth in our Distribution division we are looking for an experienced General Manager to join our close-knit team.

You will be a highly capable, hands-on manager, whose current employer would find hard to replace. To thrive in the role you will have significant experience within the UK logistics industry, we value candidates with a background in transport planning and previous ownership of their P&L.

As well as proven operations management skills, you will be commercially astute and able to develop the profit centres under your control, translating customer needs into opportunities, as well as motivating your team to deliver consistently high quality, customer service.
