About Our Professional Driver Scheme

If you’ve recently gained your C+E licence and have limited or no commercial experience, our Professional Driver Scheme (PDS) offers a direct route into full-time professional driving with Maritime.

This 6-to-12-month programme combines paid, full-time employment with mentoring and hands-on training across all aspects of the role. You’ll build real-world experience, develop your skills, and gain the confidence to succeed within one of the UK’s leading integrated logistics providers.

To apply, you must hold a full C+E licence and a valid Driver Qualification Card (DQC). No prior commercial experience is required, just a professional attitude and a willingness to learn.
