We are expanding and strengthening our Property Team and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, hands-on Multi-Skilled Trades / Site Maintenance Technician on a temporary to permanent basis. This role is not for the faint-hearted and requires a hard-working, self-motivated individual. The position is based at our Manchester Containerbase and will require regular, weekly travel.
Reporting to the Regional Property Manager, your role will be wide ranging and amongst other tasks, include:
Brick and blockwork
As the successful Maintenance Technician you will be a hardworking, hands-on, flexible and a talented, multi-skilled individual, able to turn your hand to many trades and work to high standards. You will be a self-starter, happily working on your own and equally at ease working with others, as necessary.
Although based at Manchester, you will be required to travel as the role covers our sites across the North of England and from time to time, depending on the work involved, you may work away for days at a time. You will have a full drivers' licence (six points or less is essential). IPAF, LGV/forklift licences and other trades-related licences would be an advantage, as would basic computer literacy.
