You will be a highly capable, hands-on manager, with an excellent understanding of UK logistics . You will have a track record in managing depot operations.
As well as proven operations management skills, you will be commercially astute and able to develop the profit centres under your control, translating customer needs into opportunities, as well as synchronising your team to deliver consistently high quality, customer service.
Your general management skills are a given and you will be an exceptional communicator and people manager able to motivate and inspire the people that work for you.
