To help manage our expanding property portfolio, we have an exciting opening for an experienced Administrator. You will be part of our fast-growing property team, based at the Company’s recently-built Head Office in Felixstowe.

The Role:

Reporting to the Property/Facilities Supervisor, your role will be wide ranging and amongst other tasks, you will be responsible for:

  • Collating scheduled and unscheduled works throughout the country

  • Building and maintaining an electronic, periodic works diary

  • Ensuring contractor insurance and H&S compliance requirements are met

  • Monitoring expenditure on major projects and ensuring trade discounts are received

  • Processing all property-related orders and reconciling invoices

  • Sourcing suppliers or materials to specific briefs

  • Maintaining supplier database

The Person:

You will be a keen, versatile, structured and hard-working individual able to work on your own and under pressure. You must have experience of working in an administrative role in an office environment and you must be an excellent administrator with an eye for detail. Numerate, IT literate (especially in Excel) and a confident communicator, you will be keen to develop your role and responsibilities. Experience in property/facilities management is an advantage, as is a qualification in business administration, but neither are essential.
