At Maritime Transport, we employ a number of bespoke systems tailored to our needs, to manage the different components of the business.
All of our software runs on the very latest server technology housed in secure data rooms and supported by 24-hour facilities management with full disaster recovery back up to ensure continuity of business at all times
Our entire transport operations including: electronic bookings and status messaging via edi, route and resource planning and optimisation, service performance, fleet management, administration and accounts and billing are managed through our bespoke TOPS system. The system is linked to port community systems.
Access to our traffic operating system is available to customers via the Internet as part of the service to facilitate bookings and to provide real-time management information and reports. Unique to Maritime, customers are able to log-in to a secure system to make bookings, view booked work by day or period, generate reports and retrieve PODs online, as required. Today, we have over 300 users across the UK.
Our bespoke container depot system provides complete real-time, container yard management, including gate, inventory control and rotation, M&R estimating, Reefer monitoring and PTI, automated billing and flexible customer reporting including full EDI support.
